1. What is Bee & Coo by SKINS 23 COSMETICS LLC’s Final Sale & No-Refund Policy?

All purchases made at Bee & Coo by SKINS 23 COSMETICS LLC—whether at our physical location (4110 Baldwin Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326, Unit 329) or online at skins23cosmetics.com—are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any product, whether used or unused, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.


2. Why are all sales final?

We uphold strict quality and safety standards for all cosmetic and skincare products. To ensure that every item maintains its integrity, we do not allow returns or exchanges once products have left our store or shipped. This policy protects our clients and upholds our commitment to product safety.


3. Are results guaranteed?

Results may vary from person to person. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that individual results are not guaranteed. Any dissatisfaction with product performance does not entitle you to a refund, return, or exchange. Choosing to finance your purchase with Affirm or Afterpay (available at skins23cosmetics.com) does not alter our Final Sale & No-Refund Policy. Financing is provided as a convenience, but all terms of our Final Sale & No-Refund Policy remain in effect.

Attempting to initiate a dispute or chargeback through Affirm or Afterpay due to dissatisfaction or product performance is a breach of our policy and may lead to legal action, including the recovery of fees and damages.


8. What happens if I attempt a chargeback or payment dispute?

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute with a financial institution, credit card company, Affirm, or Afterpay, will be considered a breach of our Final Sale & No-Refund Policy. In response, Bee & Coo by SKINS 23 COSMETICS LLC may take legal action to recover the disputed amount, as well as any associated fees, including legal fees and court costs.


9. How do I acknowledge and agree to the Final Sale & No-Refund Policy?

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms in this policy. You also waive any claim of unawareness or misunderstanding of this policy. This agreement is binding and enforceable as a condition of the sale.


10. Is there a way to resolve disputes?

Yes. By purchasing from us, you agree that any dispute related to your transaction will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction of SKINS 23 COSMETICS LLC’s principal place of business, and you waive any rights to a jury trial or class action.
